HOW TO USE CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL SAFELY?

Do you know that everything is in moderation? Essential oils should be used with extreme caution, as you may not be helping yourself, but rather harming yourself. Pure essential oil should NOT be applied to the skin! Before use, check if you are not allergic to cinnamon?

1 drop of essential oil in 40-50 ml of base. The base can be honey, salt, milk, jojoba oil, avocado oil, almond oil, or any other natural cream or oil. Such an enriched mixture can be safely applied to the skin or poured into the bath. Never add pure essential oil to the bath, as this can cause burns and severe skin irritation. Essential oil does not dissolve in water.

Just 2 drops are enough for a home diffuser and you can already enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.

If you are pregnant, it is advisable not to use this oil, as it thins the blood.

If you have kidney failure or liver problems, this oil is not suitable for you.

Consult a qualified aromatherapist before using essential oils on children and the elderly, if you have health problems or are taking medication.
